MIDDLEBURY, IN - Friday, May 18th, the Spinney Brothers, Canada's International award-winning bluegrass band, bring their perfect synergistic blend of tradition and distinctive homegrown sound to Essenhaus Heritage Hall. Allan and Rick, the Spinney Brothers, will provide and evening of live entertainment while also releasing their latest CD titled, "Memories", immediately following their concert.
The Spinney's, members of the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame, embellish their homegrown sounds with the addition of Gary Dalrymple (mandolin) and Darryl Hebb (upright bass). In October, 2011, the Spinney Brothers performed on the main stage at the International Bluegrass Association's World of Bluegrass Convention in Nashville, TN. Friday, May 18th, the Spinney's will be featured during a bluegrass concert at Essenhaus Heritage Hall beginning at 7:00 pm.
