MIDDLEBURY, IN - A unique event that combines instruction, demonstration and interaction centered around cooking will be held Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Das Dutchman Essenhaus in Middlebury, Indiana.
This event is sponsored by the Essenhaus Village Shops and will be held in the restaurant building on the second floor from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm. No admission is charged and no reservations are required for this "open house" formatted event. Guests are encouraged to spend as much time as they choose and will receive free cooking tips, demonstrations, recipes and door prizes throughout the day. The cooking show will also feature opportunities to interact with local vendors, fun products for sale, kitchen gadgets and coupons for the Essenhaus Village Shops and Essenhaus Foods.
Staff members of Das Dutchman Essenhaus will be featured as guests and demonstrators for the duration of the event. A wealth of knowledge, experience and advice will be shared by individuals who are part of the daily operations at the Essenhaus. The public is invited to come enjoy hearing directly from those invoved in preparing, planning and serving meals and baked goods at Indiana's largest family restaurant.
