Who Are We?
“We” are your neighbors, your friends, and your family. We are the person sitting next to you in church, or the one standing next to you at the grocery store. We are more than just a collection of individuals, we are a team. As a team we place high value on issues like respect, fairness, caring, and honesty.
Perhaps our “Mission Statement” best describes who we are. It is at the bottom of the page, and you should be familiar with it before pursuing a position on our team.
What do we do?
We are a hospitality based organization, serving guests from all over the world. Operating Indiana’s largest family restaurant requires us to always keep plenty of friendly and helpful staff to provide our “pleasant surprise in the country”.
