Who Are We?
We are more than just a collection of individuals, we are a team. As a team we place high value on issues like respect, fairness, caring, and honesty. Our employees are important and we offer a variety of benefits not often found in our industry, such as higher than average wages, insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and employee discounts across the campus.
What do we do?
We are a hospitality based organization, serving guests from all over the world.
Are you one of us?
In addition to supporting our beliefs and dedication found in the Mission Statement (below), employees are expected to follow a few "ground rules":
"Heart of the House" employees
(those in the Kitchen, Bakery, and support departments):
We provide you with aprons and hairnets.
Your shirt may not have printing or logos on it.
"Front of the House" employees
(those who have customer contact)
You are to wear conservative style clothing not made of leather, denim, sheer cotton or similar materials. Female employees are required to wear dresses or skirts, which must be at least mid-knee in length.
Work Times and Shifts
As a hospitality provider, most of our employees should expect to work on weekends and holidays. Most jobs will be part-time (working less than 30 hrs/week). Some positions begin as early as 5:00am, and some are here until 11:30pm. Only our bakers and desk clerks work overnight.
