Unless noted otherwise, all openings REQUIRE Saturday work.
Busser: Part-time, evening openings, must be at least 16.
Kitchen: Part-time, day & evening shifts available. Includes grill cooks, kitchen cooks, and buffet workers.
Meat Room: Part-time, days, approximately 25-30 hours/week, 7am-2pm. Preparing raw meat for use in the restaurant. Includes cutting, slicing, marinating and breading. Must be able to work in cold environment. Must be at least 18.
Dishwasher: Part-time, evenings. Must be at least 16.
Cake Decorator: Part-time, days, 20-30 hours/week. Cake decorating experience for all occasions is required, including weddings; must be familiar and proficient with buttercream icing. Includes side baking, decorating custom cakes per customer's specifications, as well as for retail sale in bakery case.
Van Driver: Part-time, weekends. Friday 1pm-5pm and Saturday 10am-3:00pm/1:30-11:00pm (on alternating Saturdays). Transporting employees to and from work and light maintenance/security duties. Must be at least 18, have excellent driving record, be familiar with rural Elkhart & LaGrange counties and possess or be able to obtain a public passenger chauffeur license.
Van Driver: Part-time, weekends. Friday 5pm-close and Saturday 10am-3pm/1:30pm-11:00pm (on alternating Saturdays). Transporting employees to and from work and light maintenance/security duties. Mixer/Cleaner: Temporary Opening beginning November 3. Full-time, 2nd shift 3pm-11:00pm Monday-Thursday. Operating mixing equipment, ensuring quality product and cleaning mixing room & equipment. Must be at least 18.
Production Manager: Full-time. Responsibilities include oversignt of all production activities, supervision of production employees, quality control, production scheduling, inventory, developing/revising standard operating procedures, oversight of HACCP certification process. Requires bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years of related experience. Food manufacturing experience preferred and HACCP experience helpful.
