In 1992, Essenhaus, Inc. purchased a small locally owned and family operated Amish-style noodle company in Middlebury, Indiana. Initially, Essenhaus Foods provided their noodles to several local restaurants and only a few select grocery stores. Following the addition of two new manufacturing facilities and state-of-the art equipment, the customer base currently includes large wholesalers throughout the country. We are pleased to now service customers in 48 states!

What makes our noodles special?
